Euroscrubby

Hi Friends, a tough week here in the United States. It's hard to believe. I'm going to try and keep the newsletter frequency going this year - but this one will be short and sweet.

Every one of you has something in your sink you use to scrub and clean dishes. We are fans of the Scotch-Brite non-scratch sponge and have been using one for years. But sometimes it's not enough. For our carbon steel and cast iron products we use this awesome chain mail sponge.

A few weeks ago, I was hanging out at our local kitchen store and noticed this interesting sponge at the checkout. The owner was kind enough to give me one for free to try out.

Well, I love the thing. It's called the EuroScrubby. 

The EuroScrubby is cotton-based with a non-plastic hardened coating. It doesn't feel or look like cotton at all. But it works well. It can be thrown in the dishwasher if needed.

There are a few similar products to this if you don't like the bright colors - the Skoy is monochrome and as far as I can tell, identical.
